If you missed the 2009 Leadership Summit, make plans to be with us for the
2010 Leadership Summit to be held in Washington, DC, March 18-20 at
the Washington Marriott Hotel at the Metro Center

While the liberals has been bragging about the election of the President and
their ability to maintain control of the US Senate and House of Representative,
Black Republicans have plenty to be proud of in their own right.

The historical election of RNC Chairman Michael Steele proved to be only the
beginning of some historical achievements. Both Renee Amoore in
Pennsylvania and Robin Armstrong in Texas were re-elected to senior
statewide party positions. Joining this distinguish group of senior statewide
party officials include: George Williams in Alabama, Troy Rolling & Derek Moss
in Michigan, Leondray Gholston in Colorado, and Timothy Johnson in North
Carolina

In addition, we have compiled the most comprehensive list of 2010 Black
Republican candidates for the US Senate and US House of Representative.
Subsequently, we are proud to inform you that there are currently 21
individuals running for Federal offices and a number of individuals running for
election and re election in their respective states.

With all of this in mind, we have put together a very dynamic and exciting
schedule for attendees. Staring on Thursday, March 18th, we will be hosting
the 2010 Candidates Forum at the W
ashington Marriott Hotel at the Metro
Center.

On Friday, March 19th we will officially kick off the Summit with opening
comments from  one of the most inspiring leaders in Washington. After a full
day of workshops and panel discussions, we will conclude the night with the
Frederick Douglass Awards Banquet. The keynote speaker for this event is Mr.
Kenneth B. Morris, Jr, President, Frederick Douglass Family Foundation and
the Great-Great-Great Grandson of Frederick Douglass and the Great-Great
Grandson of Booker T. Washington

Saturday, March 20th, we will start the day off by commemorating the 156
anniversary of the founding of the Republican Party as the anti-slavery and
champion of human rights. During the remainder of the day, we will engage in
strategies and conversations which will lead to new and innovative ideals being
foster among the attendees.
"Find out just what the people will submit to and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and
wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or
blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."

Frederick Douglass
The
Frederick Douglass Foundation
"Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance prevails, and where any one
class is made to feel that society is an organized conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them,
neither persons nor property will be safe."
